The Tap Choreography Lab will be a combination of presentations, music and video study, group exercises & individual work.
Bring your tap shoes, then put on your lab coat & goggles, haha! We'll learn, we'll explore, we'll come up with crazy, amazing, fun & even "terrible" ideas that we'll laugh at!
That's the entire point of the LAB.
A: The Tap Choreography Lab will be July 31- August 3, 2025.
I am still putting together the daily schedule, but program will happen between 9am and 6pm each day, Pacific time (US), give or take.
Can't attend live? All trainings will be recorded and posted in the exclusive Tap Teachers' Lounge membership site each day, so even if you can't attend live, you'll have access.
AND! You'll have 6 months of bonus access to the training content after the event is complete!

The StepsPDX Studio that I used last year moved to a much smaller space with marley floors 😞, so I secured a new location for us where we can hit the wood! The studio is in Wilsonville, OR about 30 minutes drive from Portland Int’l Airport (PDX).

I will live stream the sessions, and use more than one camera to give more a feeling of being in the room with me!
Each day of the conference, I'll record the sessions & upload them to the exclusive membership site, so you can access them on your own time as well.

A: In the Tap Choreography Lab, we will rely the fundamentals of the Tap Teachers' Lounge training - especially the concepts around music theory & syncopation.
If you need to review or start again with those concepts, good news! You absolutely can!
Simply log into the exclusive TTL site, and check out those music theory & syncopation lectures/ exercises.
